However, we know that you live in different parts of the world, which is why we give you up to 30 days to withdraw from the contract and return unwanted goods - regardless of the reason.
For a hassle-free return, it is necessary to fill in the return form.
The form must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product, otherwise the return will not be approved.
It depends on your choice. You have the possibility to exchange the returned goods for cash or another item from our store. In the event that the exchanged goods are cheaper than the goods you wanted to receive you are obliged to pay the difference in price to the Online Store. If you choose a cheaper item, you can apply for a refund of the difference in price to the bank account you have designated.
We have 14 days to return the cash or replace the equipment - counting from the day on which we collect the returned equipment.
You may be requested to cover the cost of reducing the value of returned products if this is due to use other than checking the characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Therefore, be honest with us, let's play fair.
If we see that the equipment has been used repeatedly, and yet it is returned - you have to take into account additional costs. The full amount can be refunded only if the equipment is unused.
You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, i.e. in particular when the subject of the contract is a product manufactured as a customized order, not available for regular sale.
Returned products should be sent back unchanged, if possible in the original packaging.
Shipping cost for returns is always covered by the buyer. The exception is a complaint resulting from the fault of the seller (a mistake in the goods shipped, defects).
The given shipping costs are for reference only. Shipping cost is always calculated individually..
The complaint will take place when you receive faulty goods from us (with the exception of assortment bought on sale – e.g. with aesthetic defects of which you have been informed).
Products offered by the Online Store are covered by a 12-month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated in the product specification.
