Returns and warranty

Basic information

RETURN PROCEDURE (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT).

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE?

„In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws no. 2014.827), the Buyer who is a private person has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can resign from all or part of the ordered.”

However, we know that you live in different parts of the world, which is why we give you up to 30 days to withdraw from the contract and return unwanted goods - regardless of the reason.

For a hassle-free return, it is necessary to fill in the return form.

The form must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product, otherwise the return will not be approved.

BEFORE ANY RETURN, WE NEED TO BE INFORMED OF IT IN EMAIL FORM FIRST IN ORDER TO FIND THE BEST AND SAFEST WAY FOR SHIPPING THE GOODS.

CASH OR EXCHANGE?

It depends on your choice. You have the possibility to exchange the returned goods for cash or another item from our store. In the event that the exchanged goods are cheaper than the goods you wanted to receive you are obliged to pay the difference in price to the Online Store. If you choose a cheaper item, you can apply for a refund of the difference in price to the bank account you have designated.

We have 14 days to return the cash or replace the equipment - counting from the day on which we collect the returned equipment.

CASH REFUNDS, ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS.

You may be requested to cover the cost of reducing the value of returned products if this is due to use other than checking the characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Therefore, be honest with us, let's play fair.

If we see that the equipment has been used repeatedly, and yet it is returned - you have to take into account additional costs. The full amount can be refunded only if the equipment is unused.

You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, i.e. in particular when the subject of the contract is a product manufactured as a customized order, not available for regular sale.

Returned products should be sent back unchanged, if possible in the original packaging.

WHO COVERS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost for returns is always covered by the buyer. The exception is a complaint resulting from the fault of the seller (a mistake in the goods shipped, defects).

SHIPMENT

Europe:

  • pallets and oversize load: Raben/Kuehne Nagel (3-7 business days)
  • smaller packages: FEDEX/DPD (1-4 business days)

USA i the rest of the world:

  • FEDEX/UPS (1-7 business days)

The given shipping costs are for reference only. Shipping cost is always calculated individually..

COMPLAINTS

The complaint will take place when you receive faulty goods from us (with the exception of assortment bought on sale – e.g. with aesthetic defects of which you have been informed).

Products offered by the Online Store are covered by a 12-month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated in the product specification.

Complaints should be made by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@fr-sports.com

The e-mail should include:

  • order number,
  • description of the reason of the complaint.

The complaint is considered within 14 working days after it has been received.

A proof of purchase must be added to the faulty equipment.

If a complaint is accepted, the economically justified shipping cost is covered by the store. Unjustified shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Complaints may be submitted when:

  1. the equipment has manufacturing defects,
  2. the equipment is inconsistent with the order placed,
  3. the customer is entitled to warranty claims.

The customer should carefully check the package and its contents in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage resulting from transport, a damage report must be prepared.

You must notify the Flying Rose Store by e-mail if you notice any defects in the equipment, and then follow the instructions of the Flying Rose Store.

When submitting a complaint, please send the equipment back with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice or receipt to the following address:

If we find that you are playing dirty and the defect was caused by incorrect use of the product - we have the right to reject your complaint.

  • You have exactly 30 days to start the return/compaint procedurę from the moment you reveice the equipment.
  • We have 14 days to consider the complaint and 30 days to proces the return/complaint from the moment we receive the returned equipment.
  • EACH PROCEDURE STARTS WITH FILLING IN A FORM. Without the form the procedure is invalid or has not started.
  • We play fair. We do not send faulty equipment, you don’t make it faulty on purpose.
  • You cover the shipping cost.
  • You can choose various options when returning the equipment or making a complaint – you need to inform us of your choices in the form.
  • You always need to inform us of the return/complain in email form first which will smooth the process and prevent damaging the equipment in the return shipment.
