§1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the giveaway ("giveaway") is FR Sport Group Sp. z o. o. (NIP: 9472006581, ul. Morgowa 1a, 91-223 Łódź, tel. 883953027), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. The founder of the prizes is: FR Sport Group Sp. z o. o. (NIP: 9472006581, ul. Morgowa 1a, 91-223 Łódź, tel. 883953027), hereinafter referred to as the Founder.

3. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, run, co-hosted or administered by Facebook and Instagram. The information provided by the User may be used for the proper conduct of the giveaway, including to provide the winner with a possible Prize.

4. Users' data may be processed by the giveaway Organizer for marketing purposes.

5. The content of these Regulations is available at the Organizer's office and at Aerial Dance Shop - professional aerial equipment

6. Submitting an application constitutes the Participant's consent to take part in the giveaway and full acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

§2. Giveaway's rules

1. The giveaway starts on March 22, 2024.

2. The giveaway ends on April 7, 2024 at 23:59 (CET)

3. Participation in the giveaway is free and voluntary.

4. The giveaway task is to complete all 3 sub-points contained in the post published on Instagram.

5. Anyone who has a profile on Facebook or Instagram, who is over 18 years of age or under 18 years of age but has the written consent of a parent or guardian may be a participant of the giveaway, provided that in the event of winning, in all activities related to receiving the giveaway prize consents in writing to the participation of a minor or a person without full legal capacity, and this consent will be presented at each request of the Organizer.

6. The Organizer appoints a 3-person committee (hereinafter referred to as the "giveaway Committee"), which evaluates the giveaway Comments published in accordance with the provisions of section 4 above and ensures the proper conduct of the giveaway.

§3 PRIZES

1. The Participant who published a giveaway Comment that, according to the giveaway Committee's assessment, deserves a prize is hereinafter referred to as the "Winner". The committee will award 1 to 3 winners who will be entitled to receive the prize in the form of:

2. The prizes in the giveaway will be sent by post to the address provided by the Winner.

3. The results of the giveaway will be revealed on April 15, 2024 after 12:00 (CET). The results will be communicated via a separate post on Flying Rose Sport's Instagram profiles.

4. There is no cash equivalent for winning the Prize. The Participant may not request that the winning Prize be exchanged for another prize.

5. A Participant may only become a Winner one (1) time.

6. Giveaway comments must be solely made by the giveaway Participants.

7. Participants are prohibited from posting in comments any content that violates good manners, applicable law or violates any rights of third parties or content that is generally considered vulgar or offensive.

8. The Participant is fully liable to the Organizer and third parties for the use of content, graphics, photographs or links that violate the rights of third parties. The giveaway cannot contain content intended only for adults, including erotic content or content promoting alcohol or tobacco products.

9. The prize will be sent by post or e-mail within one (1) month from the moment the giveaway winner provides the shipping details.

10. All registered Instagram users who are over 18 years of age or under 18 years of age but have the written consent of their parent or guardian may participate in the giveaway, provided that if they win, they will be represented by their parent or guardian in all activities related to receiving the giveaway prize. guardian.

§4. Personal data

1. The administrator of personal data is: FR Sport Group Sp. z o. o. (NIP: 9472006581, ul. Morgowa 1a, 91-223 Łódź, tel. 883953027), which will process personal data for the purpose of implementing the giveaway called Become a Calendar Star. Personal data to the extent provided in the application will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of implementing the giveaway, in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 point a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") .

2. Personal data may be disclosed to the employees or associates of the Organizer, as well as to the entity managing the center and other entities providing support to the Organizer on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements, as well as made available to entities referred to in the consent clause. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the giveaway or until the date of withdrawal of consent to data processing expressed for a specific purpose.

3. Participants' personal data will be used for the purpose of organizing the giveaway, including making the name and surname of the Winner public.

4. Each person has the right to access their personal data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data or object to their processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the purposes of resolving the giveaway. By participating in the giveaway, the Participant consents to the Organizer and Administrator publishing (distributing) his (I) name and (II) surname - if he uses it in his Facebook profile. Each Participant has the right to access their personal data, correct it and request the cessation of processing. Providing personal data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the organization and settlement of the giveaway.

§5. Final Provisions

1. The giveaway is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Art. 2 section 1 point 9 of the Act on games and betting of July 29, 1992 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended) and is not subject to the rules contained in the above-mentioned. 2. The giveaway is run on Instagram profiles: @flyingrosesport and @frsports_com

3. Members of the authorities, employees of the Organizer and entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organizer in organizing the giveaway based on civil law contracts, as well as members of the immediate family are excluded from participation in the giveaway.

4. By participating in the giveaway, the Participant confirms that he or she agrees to the rules of the giveaway contained in these Regulations and, due to the place of the giveaway, the terms of the online regulations of the Facebook portal and confirms that he or she meets all the conditions that entitle him or her to participate in the giveaway.

5. Violation by the Participant of any of the provisions of these Regulations, in particular failure to provide data, provision of false data, failure to submit or submit false statements, violation of legal provisions in connection with participation in the giveaway, entitles the Organizer to exclude the Participant from the giveaway and results in loss of the right to the Prize, even in the event of meeting other requirements provided for in the provisions of these Regulations.

6. The organizer is not responsible for technical problems on the Instagram profile.
