Oval connector for aerial hoops and silks

When you start aerial silks or aerial hoop training at home, you need the right equipment. One of its most important components are connectors. Why? A connector is a small part that allows you to connect the swivel with the mounting located in the ceiling. The connector ensures the safety and stability of the entire installation. It is worth remembering that the swivel is not necessary to mount an aerial silk or an aerial hoop, it is used for suspensions mainly during performances / competitions.

Aerial Silks connector

The connector shown here is relatively small. Its size will allow us “not to lose height” to suspend an aerial silk or 7m aerial hammock in smaller rooms. It is enough for one knot of an aerial hammock. For hammocks made of 7m of material, we recommend buying 2 connectors (for 2-point suspension) or 3 connectors (this is how many connectors are included in our kits).

All kits are standard for one connector - if you want two-point suspension, you need to buy an additional one. To install a hammock or silk, you will only need a ceiling mounting kit.

ATTENTION:

The connector is chrome-plated steel, the chrome may wear out during use and its fragments may fall apart. The connector can be used until max. 1mm cut inside the material. If the cut exceeds 1mm - the connector should be discarded. If you want to avoid such wearing off of the materials, attach a belt / sling between all cooperating metal elements.
